This Web site went off-line for six months and, in the process, eight of the fifteen icons in this set were lost.
Therefor this "Image File Type" sub-set is not included in the current "System Icons" ZIP file.
However, the remaining seven icons that weren't lost (labeled in white text) are freely downloadable
until the entire set has been reconstructed. To download an icon labeled in white text,
click it and then click "Save target as."

I received a request for a few "clear" system icons such as My Computer and Recycle Bin,
along with some that might be called "user default" icons such as My Documents, My Pictures, etc.
These icons are translucent, where most of the desktop background shows through.
These are based on standard Windows icons...

When you replace the Recycle Bin icon with one from outside of the shell32.dll system file, that icon is used for both "empty" & "full" states. Making the system use two icons for the Recycle Bin requires a Registry edit. I've never done this myself so I can't help you with it, but if you go to the Google search engine and enter "change recycle bin icon," you'll find several websites that have the instructions.
These are opaque, colorized versions of the "clear" icons shown above.
